I know about the relationship between the 2 companies and my guess is this watch was produced by Lemania as a cheaper alternative to the Speedmaster. The best way to spot fake Omega Speedmaster watches is to look at the movement. The authentic pieces are mechanical, and most of the fake ones are quartz watches. 1. Movement. The authentic watch makes a sound that is a “click”, and that makes the seconds’ hand move several times in between the passing of a second.This broad arrow hand was instrumental in defining the aesthetics of the first generation of Speedmasters, only for it to disappear for decades in the wake of the Moonwatch hype. In the late 90s, Omega released the Speedmaster Replica ref. 3594.50.00, a new Broad Arrow model that is virtually identical to the original.

There are some nice Seagull ST-19 (often listed as Venus 75 or Lemania Clone) based reps, but as mentioned, the subdial spacing is off, most visible with the markers at 3 and 9. Still nice watches with a beautiful movement.
