Although surprisingly (this time) Bel-Ami Vetiver has disappeared from the French website, while (as expected) Eau d'Hermes is always very present in France, but unavailable in the US. I think that the best option in order to check if Bel Ami has been discontinued would be writing a letter to Herme's customer service department asking them about it.
It was briefly available recently on the Hermes US website but has since disappeared. When I call Hermes, they said they are unable to confirm inventory over the phone and I would need to go to a boutique to find out but they can not guarantee it would even be there.
